
Individual one hour sessions: $50
Two sessions per week (8 total): $360
Three sessions per week (12 total): $540
Small Group Sessions: $30 per person for two people for 1 hour or three people for 1.5 hours
At Westfold Health and Fitness I have a variety of equipment to fit most needs. Cardio equipment includes jump ropes, battle ropes and a Concept II rowing machine as well as a street with beautiful views for walking or jogging during good weather. My gym is private with no other patrons while I work with you one-on-one. There are a variety of free weights including a squat rack with barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells and a curl bar as well as a Torque Fitness cable weight machine. I have several different types of resistance bands, exercise balls, medicine balls, a BOSU ball, adjustable step and bench as well as a chin up bar and a captain's chair. But none of that is worth it without a full length mirror for taking buff selfies or you can use it for it's intended purpose of working on your form. Propane heat keeps us warm in the winter and large fans keep us cool in the summer. I am well equipped to help you on your fitness journey. I work with those from all over the fitness spectrum; from young adults with high athletic aspirations, older adults getting into fitness for the first time to moms getting back into fitness after a long layoff. I've found a slow sustainable approach works the best through resistance training and dietary changes. Option 1 is fully virtual. For a $150 monthly fee I offer weekly zoom sessions and text support on demand.
Option 2 is a hybrid program. For $150 I offer once monthly in house training sessions, then once weekly phone consultation follow ups to discuss progress and text and email support as needed.
